CRYSTAL LAKE, Ill., February 8, 2018 – Jessica Anthony, Broker Associate, Baird & Warner Real Estate, has joined The Expert Network©, an invitation-only service for distinguished professionals. Anthony has been chosen as a Distinguished Real Estate Professional™ based on peer reviews and ratings, dozens of recognitions, and accomplishments achieved throughout her career.
Anthony outshines others in her field due to her educational background, numerous awards and recognitions, and exemplary client care. Recently featured in Top Agent Magazine, Anthony brings a wealth of knowledge to her industry, and, in particular, to her area of expertise, the greater Chicago metropolitan area real estate market. When asked why she decided to pursue a career in real estate, Anthony said:
Finally, you're not just seeing as many foreclosures or short sales anymore. People are finally able to buy 'up,' so to speak; it's not that there are no foreclosures out there, but investors are starting to see fewer homes to fix up. So I believe the market is finally evening out.
Broker Associate, Baird & Warner Real Estate
“I bought my first house when I was 21, and I’ve bought several since then. While raising my kids, I worked in the corporate world, because it was easier to manage the schedule. But my kids are older now and I decided to follow my dream of becoming a Realtor.”
As a thought-leader in her field, Anthony stays up to date on trends and changes in the constantly-evolving real estate industry so that she can continue providing her clients with the knowledgeable and compassionate service they have come to expect. Commenting on the market’s slow recovery from the crash in 2008, she explains:
“Finally, you’re not seeing a lot of foreclosures or short sales anymore. People are finally able to buy ‘up,’ so to speak; it’s not that there are no foreclosures out there, but investors are starting to see fewer homes to fix up. So I believe the market is finally evening out.”
